Dustin Geiger
Hitting Coordinator
Dustin was a 2010 MLB Draft pick by the Chicago Cubs. He went on to play ten seasons professionally with the Chicago Cubs organization, Miami Marlins organization, and various teams in the Mexican Summer League and American Association. Dustin has been coaching and providing instruction since 2015 working with high school, college, and professional players.
Sean Gallagher
Pitching Coordinator
Sean was drafted out of High School in the 12th round. He spent 13 years as a professional baseball player as a pitcher with 5 years in the Major Leagues. As a former professional athlete, Sean developed a strong sense of discipline, a hard work ethic and an appreciation for result driven success.
Kelly Clements
Recruiting Coordinator
Kelly played at the University of Texas for coaching legends Cliff Gustafson and Auggie Garrido. He began coaching as a freshman in college and 31 years later is still passing on his knowledge of the game. Along with the two Longhorn legends, Kelly also was influenced by sports psychologist Dr. Donald Kalkstein and high school coaching legends Bart Bratcher and Tommy Cantrell.
Kody has a M.S. in Kinesiology with a focus in Sport Psychology from the University of North Texas, and a B.A. in Psychology from Texas Lutheran University. He has been contracted with the U.S. Army as a Master Resilience Trainer and Performance Expert since Sept 2023, where he provides psycho-education and mental skills training to Soldiers and their families aimed at improving performance, resilience, leadership and mental toughness. Kody also currently owns and operates an online sport psychology consulting business called Leather Head Sport Psychology Consulting.
